Brand Launch Event
Adtonos contacted Production Live in 2022 to support the official launch of their “yours truly” audio ad solution. Working closely with their marketing team and the prestigious Canary Wharf venue East Wintergarden, we supplied technical production and design services for both the live event and the invited virtual audience.
Due to a combination of strike action and the passion of the late queen, the original event was unfortunately postponed. However, we remained flexible in working with the team to ensure new dates were secure without incurring excessive costs.
The entire team was very happy with the results, and all enjoyed the drinks and DJ after the main presentation!

The aim was twofold, to produce quality content for SMEs that require support across various areas and to find a suitable platform to train the Newable team to self-run hundreds of online events for the upcoming period.
Production Live supplied the technology platform for all of these events and then trained the team on its future use, providing guidance and support throughout.
The technology platforms also allowed us to collect valuable data and feedback on the participation and engagement, which was intern fed back to their team to improve the program and technology use.

The Completely Group contracted Production Live to design and deliver premium quality feature areas, including a full production Catwalk for a Wedding Show at Farnborough Exhibition Centre. Working with Completely and Farnborough, we designed all creative and technical elements for the Catwalk, from staging, set, AV and Furniture, delivering all to the high-quality standard expected.
As with all exhibition spaces, we produced all the detailed paperwork required, such as RAMs, Rigging Designs, CAD, Construction Phase Planning, Structural plans and the production schedule.

On behalf of Newable, we supplied technical production and support for the delivery of the Innovate UK 2020 Business Growth Consortium. With minimal guidance, we had to adapt what would typically be a face-to-face event into an interactive and engaging virtual conference.
During breaks, we engaged the audience with various activities. These included Zumba and a “photo booth” app, which we used to bring the audience together. The afternoon consisted of further breakouts, a panel, and a round-up event, including a fantastic “Success Stories” section, bringing in case studies from external partners.
The event had an excellent turnout and feedback, with the internal team and partners all praising the event as a triumph. All timings ran perfectly, and the delivery was made in an entirely remote setting.

In the run-up to COP26, Production Live was approached by non-profit Beautiful Trouble to commission a six-month Climate Clock installation on the historic Tolbooth Tower in central Glasgow.
Working closely with Climate Clock & Glasgow City Council, Production Live managed all technical elements and delivery of the climate clock installation, including photography, video, maintenance and & content updates. As a USA-based client, Production Live was also heavily involved in the logistics, planning and coordination with UK partners, working closely with Glasgow City Council to ensure adequate security and discussions about local traffic safety.
The clock itself used a custom-made API to keep an updated track of the “lifeline” & “deadline” numbers so that an internet connection was not required.
The clock ran through to the COP 26 summit and was featured in both local and national press:
Production Live was engaged to work with Emap publishing to work on the World Architecture Festival 2022. The initial contract was won after the incumbent supplier was unable to complete the contract, so we stepped in fairly last minute to ensure a smooth delivery!
The event was hosted at the FIL Centre in Lisbon. Production Live project management and production support in the lead-up and delivery for the event. We were tasked with fully managing all of the technical suppliers, both in the UK and abroad, including negotiating quotations on behalf of the clients.
We also supplied a team of 7 production staff to supplement the local team of around 50+. The event included 2 main stages and a further 17 workshop stages, all with 2 way streaming and Zoom calls alongside the live audience.
As well as saving our client a vast sum in quote negotiations, we successfully delivered and managed all technical aspects of the event, to which the client was delighted with our work!
In 2021, we delivered a fantastic hybrid event for a private audience and online stream on behalf of Hill Helicopters. Making major announcements on their latest products, Hill Helicopters engaged with us to produce a full production red carpet event, where we managed detailed production elements from the furniture and graphics to the live stream, on-site AV, and Live filming production.
With a well-received presentation from CEO Jason Hill and an engaging Q&A, it was dubbed that the event “couldn’t have gone better” with extremely positive feedback from both guests a staff alike. We were immediately re-engaged to deliver the follow-up event in the summer of 2022.
